- Ethio Family Business – Store Policies 1. Refund & Return Policy Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Items that cannot be returned: opened food, personal care items, and customized orders. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect. 2. Shipping & Delivery Policy We currently deliver to the following cities: Addis Ababa, Dessie, Kombolcha, Kemisse, Ataye, Shewa Robit, Debre Birhan. Delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on location. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and product size. 3. Payment Policy We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer (Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and others) Telebirr / CBE Birr / Mobile money payments Cash on Delivery (for selected locations) Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed. 4. Privacy Policy We respect and protect your personal information (name, phone, email, address). Customer data will not be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes. Your information is used strictly to process and deliver your orders. 5. Terms & Conditions By purchasing from Ethio Family Business, you agree to follow our store rules. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., transport issues, natural disasters). Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Misuse of our services may result in order cancellation.
